Terms of Service

These are the terms for buying reels from Relay Digital, a division of Relay Makes Studio ("we", "us"). By checking out, you agree to them. Written in plain English, on purpose.

The service

Every package includes filming and editing reels for your business. You receive finished, ready-to-post reels. Filming takes place in Greater London only. Every reel gets its own separate filming session.

Payment

• All prices are in GBP and paid upfront through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see your card details.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Cancel any time before the next billing date; your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for.

Filming

• We'll arrange each filming session with you over messages, working around your business hours.
• Need to reschedule? Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we'll find a new slot.

Revisions

You approve a preview before it's finalised. Every reel includes one round of tweaks: captions, pacing, music, cuts. Tell us what's off and we'll fix it.

Delivery and portfolio

Finished reels are delivered to you as files, ready to post wherever you like. With your permission, standout work may also be featured in our portfolio.

Ownership

Full rights to every finished reel transfer to you on delivery. Use them anywhere you like.

Refunds

• If we haven't filmed anything yet, you get a full refund: just ask.
• Once a reel is filmed, edited, and delivered, that reel is non-refundable.
• If we can't deliver what you paid for, we'll make it right or refund you. That's the deal.
