Relay Digital is a division of Relay Makes Studio ("we", "us"). This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, business name, and message, so we can reply to you.
• When you become a client: whatever you share to get the work done: typically your business address for filming and scheduling details.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and deliver the service: planning filming, editing and delivering your reels, and keeping in touch about your plan. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

• FormSubmit: delivers the messages sent through our contact form to our inbox.
• Stripe: processes payments on their own checkout pages, under their own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website and may use strictly necessary cookies for security.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers or anyone else.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies ourselves. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary ones to keep the site secure.

Your rights

Ask us any time at digital@relaymakes.com and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
