Which parts of London do you film in?
Anywhere in Greater London. When you check out, tell us where your business is and we'll plan the filming session around it.
Do I need to come up with the reel ideas?
No. We plan each reel with you over messages: what to show, what to say, what the hook is. You just need to run your business; we handle the creative side.
How does the fully asynchronous flow work?
Everything happens over Instagram DM or email: planning, preview links, tweaks, scheduling. No calls, no meetings, no back-and-forth phone tag. Unless you ask for a call, in which case we're happy to arrange one.
Do you post the reels for us?
No. You receive finished, ready-to-post reels and publish them wherever you like. With your permission, standout work may also be featured in our portfolio.
What happens right after I pay?
Stripe confirms your payment immediately. Within a day, a real person messages you to introduce themselves and start planning your filming session.
How long until my reel is live?
Usually within two weeks of checkout: filming is normally arranged within the first week, and your reel is edited, approved, and delivered within a few days after filming.
Can I request changes to a reel?
Yes. Every reel includes one round of tweaks after you see the preview: captions, pacing, music, cuts. Tell us what's off and we'll fix it before it's finalised.
How do monthly plans work?
Your plan renews each month through Stripe. Each month's reels are filmed, edited, and delivered within that month, and every reel still gets its own filming session.
How do I cancel a monthly plan?
Message us or cancel from your Stripe receipt at least a day before the next billing date. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What if I need to reschedule a filming session?
Message us at least 48 hours ahead and we'll find a new slot. Life happens; we'd rather move the session than rush it.
Who owns the finished reels?
You do. Full rights to every reel we deliver transfer to you on delivery. Use them anywhere you like.
Where can I post the finished reels?
Anywhere you like. They're cut for the vertical format Instagram popularised, so they work just as well on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or anywhere else vertical video lives.
